Standing Punching Bag Classic

The freestanding punching bag is excellent for practicing various martial arts, from boxing and kickboxing to karate or taekwondo.

The base does not need to be filled additionally with water or sand, as it is already filled when delivered. Due to the weight of the base (approx. 30 kg) and the weight of the punching bag (approx. 30 kg), the standing punching bag is very stable. At the bottom part of the bag and inside the base, there is a Velcro closure that ensures a secure attachment of the bag to the base.

Since the center of gravity is at the bottom, the punching bag returns to an upright position after a strong impact. If it does fall over, it can be easily uprighted with little effort.

With the help of the four integrated handles on the base, the punching bag can be moved by a strong person or carried by two people.

The outer shell is made of soft plastic, PVC. The material is easy to clean and very durable.
